General Comments About the Boat
Cruiser stern with entry to galley from spacious stern deck.
Galley has gas cooker/oven, fridge, microwave and ample storage cupboards.
Adjoining dinette with fold away table and television.
This seating can be converted into a double bed.
Portside corridor with entry on right to main bathroom with macerating flush toilet, shower and sink.
Beyond this is double bedroom which has doors fore and aft to ensure privacy.
Beyond this another flush toilet.
At end of corridor there is the main saloon with Television and double doors onto foredeck. This is equipped with fold away table to convert to a larger dining space for larger groups.
The seating also converts into a 6ft wide double bed. In effect, the boat can be made into 2 double bedrooms , each with en suite facilities.
Several recent impovements have enhanced the boat with new blinds (2021 ) and a full exterior repaint in 2023.

This includes moorings, annual winter maintenance, internal valet between members weeks, repairs and boat management company fees. In recent years we have accrued a healthy surfeit which has financed, a new engine, upgraded soft furnishings and exterior re-paint
