| Booking system | A chart is circulated each year for the following year. Once the owner at the top of the list for that year has selected two summer weeks (April to September) and one winter week the chart is sent to the owner second on the list for that year and so on till all owners have selected three weeks. The chart is then re-circulated in reverse order for owners to choose a fourth week. The following year the owners who had been at positions 1 & 2 on the chart drop to the bottom positions 10 & 9. So all owners get first or second choice every 5 years. Weeks that are not booked when all owners have had the chance to book a fourth week are available for booking, unless required for maintenance. |

General Comments About the Boat
Emscote has a cruiser stern with steps down to the living area.
There are 2 chairs that convert to single beds, a wardrobe, TV, radio and multi-fuel stove this section can be separated from the rest by curtains.
Then there is the dinette that converts to a double, with storage underneath, there is a small round table and a larger one both stored against the side of the boat. Stools provide additional seating so six people can sit round the larger table. There is a desmo socket on the deck for the small table.
The galley is equipped with a fridge, four burner hob, microwave, oven and grill, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery.
Further forward is the bathroom with shower, basin and Sealand Traveller toilet,
Between the bathroom and bedroom is the Aldi central heating boiler plus a small en-suite with toilet and basin.
The bedroom has a double bed that converts to king size, draws under the bed and a wardrobe.
Double doors lead to the foredeck where there are lockers for the anchor, windlasses, etc., gas bottles and the bow water tank.

General comments by vendor
I have been an owner for 18 years, for several years also having another share with a friend, and have greatly enjoyed my time.
The other owners are firendly and keep in touch by email, each owner sending a report at the end of their weeks.
Emscote has been well maintained ie hull blacked nearly every year so It's in very good condition.
This year (2022) she was painted in February, new batteries fitted in September (they should last 6 years) and last year she had a new inverter/charger.
At the end of March 2023 she will be moving to Kings Orchard Marina, near Lichfield.
