General Comments About the Boat

Semi trad stern with lockers and control panel, down steps in to lounge area with solid fuel stove to the right and storage cupboards to the left.

Sofa bed to left TV and radio to right, curtain divider followed by dinette/bed, mid galley with granite worktop, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an under-floor storage area here which can be used for wine etc.

Bathroom with shower and proper shower door, macerator loo.

Front Bedroom with fixed double, wardrobe, cupboards, one of which contains a washing machine.

Holiday entitlement with share offered here.	SAMPLE WORDING We get to choose 2 yellow weeks in the first round then in the next round 1 yellow and 1 blue week, so a total of 4 weeks a year. (The Yellow list is sent to share owner at top of yellow share list, the owner then chooses 2 weeks from the yellow section of the calender, the list then goes to the next yellow owner who does the same and so on to the bottom of the owners list. The list then goes around again in reverse order so the share owner at the bottom of the list chooses 1 yellow and 1 blue week and so on to the top of the list. You have then chosen your 4 weeks holiday for the next year. The following year the share owner that had been at the top drops to the bottom of the list and the share ownerthat had been second to choose is now 1st.) We have been owners on Kallista for a couple of years and have found her to be a very comfortable boat to be aboard and an easy boat to handle, especially as she has bow thrusters.

She has all the mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine.

There's a DVD player as well as a CD radio player.

The heating is deisel but we usually use the solid fuel stove instead.

The bathroom has plenty of space to towel dry after a shower.

The fixed bed is very comfortable. Being in the bow on a hot night we often sleep with the bow doors open to keep cool.
