Each owner chooses 2 weeks from high season (April - Sept) and 1 week from low season (outside these dates). 4th weeks are booked in reverse order after all owners have chosen their initial 3 weeks. A fourth week is charged at a nominal £50 per week to the boat bank account. Every year your share moves down five places in the choosing order. |

General Comments About the Boat
REAR DECK: Semi Trad steering position with seating/gas lockers and access to engine below.
MASTER BEDROOM: Permanently fixed Double Bed. Wardrobe. Cupboards. With a Privacy door to close at night.
BATHROOM: Larger than average. Pump out toilet. Quadrant shower, with fitted white wet walls. Wash Hand basin.
GALLEY: 4 Burner gas hob, Grill, Oven and Microwave. Plenty of storage for good quality pots and pans. Glass fronted crockery cupboard. Side hatch with Perspex window. Fridge.
DINING AREA: L-shaped dinette with choice of removable tables. Converts to double bed with storage under.
LOUNGE: Wardrobe with drawers opposite Squirrel stove. Two Captains luxurious leather adjustable armchairs with footstools. Flat screen TV. Radio and CD player with speakers throughout. Glazed front doors with windows to each side. Corner cupboards.
GENERAL: Diesel fired central heating (new 2021) Multifuel stove (January 2022) Out-of-water survey and valuation, £55K (February 2023)

Oasis Too is berthed at Barton Turns Marina on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
The syndicate is friendly and proactive, keeping the boat updated and in good working order.
We usually change our home mooring every 3 to 4 years so that we can explore different parts of the network.
The bank balance is healthy, with contributions sufficient to cover all running costs, upgrades, and a professional repaint every 10 years or so (last done August 2019).
