Booking system | A chart is submitted yearly to each owner in turn according to position on the list. Two priority share holders have first and second choice each year. Each owner moves up the list two places each year. Two weeks are chosen for the Spring/Summer period and one for Autumn /Winter. When all weeks are chosen accordingly, owners can then bid on a fourth week. Those towards the bottom of the list have greater priority for extra weeks. |
Priority for school holidays | Two owners have a priority share for which they pay more for towards the monthly running costs These two owners have first and second choice of weeks. This does not necessarily mean that they would choose school holiday periods. |
General Comments About the Boat
The rear deck has two lockers to the port side with storage for gas bottles and mooring equipment. The lockers have removable soft cushions and double-up as seats.
Below the rear deck is a regularly serviced 4 cylinder Nanni Diesel engine coupled to a Peachment hydraulic drive unit. Also in the engine compartment is the diesel-fired central heating boiler, calorifier and 12v battery bank.
Entering through the rear door and down the steps we enter the main bedroom. The en-suite pump-out toilet with wash basin is to the left followed by a wardrobe cupboard with hanging space. The bed is a double which extends to king-size and has drawer storage underneath and cupboard and shelf space above. There is a central heating radiator on the right.
Beneath the rear steps is a Victron inverter/charger (new in 2023) which provides 240v power.
Moving forward from the bedroom, the main toilet/bathroom is on the left. This is fitted with a pump-out toilet, wash basin, full height shower, and a heated towel rail.
Beyond the bathroom is a second wardrobe, then we enter the kitchen.
On the left is the gas oven and grill mounted within a kitchen cupboard unit topped with a granite work surface and stainless steel sink unit. There is a wall mounted cupboard above the oven. Next to the sink is the 4 burner gas hob surrounded by further work surfaces, underneath which is a 12v fridge (new in 2024). On the right is a wall unit providing further storage and work surface, with a microwave oven below. The kitchen is well equipped with a full range of saucepans, utensils, cutlery, crockery and basic cleaning materials. The water supply is via a filtration unit.
On the right is a side-hatch which has a removable glazing panel.
Forward from the kitchen is an L-shaped dinette area which converts to a second double bed. The table is removable and there is storage space under the seating.
There is a radiator on the right hand wall. The front saloon area has a Villager "Puffin" solid fuel stove, two leather swivel chairs and a flat-screen TV.
There is an on-board WiFi system and a ROKU streaming system (note the satellite dish shown in the photos has been removed (correct 2025).
It is possible to fit two further camp style beds in the forward saloon, but these are not provided on the boat.
The front of the saloon has glazed folding doors which open on to the bow seating area, with storage lockers under.
