General Comments About the Boat
Starting at the rear of the boat is the Semi-Trad stern.
There is a locker for storage of mooring equipment etc. which also doubles as seating.
Entering the boat down the steps, there is a wardrobe on the left and opposite this wardrobe is a wash basin.
You are then in the rear bedroom with a fixed double bed (which is extendable to 5' width) with a shelf above.
Continuing down the boat, there is another wardrobe on the left hand side before reaching the door to the bathroom. This contains the Pump-out toilet, separate shower unit, wash basin and cupboard.
The galley is reached next. This contains an eye-level oven with refrigerator below. 4 burner gas grill, full sized sink and draining board along with ample work surfaces and storage cupboards. A microwave oven sits at eye level opposite the gas oven. There is a side-hatch on opposite side of the boat to the sink.
After the galley, is the dinette which can convert to a double bed.
At the front of the boat is the saloon area with L-shaped seating which again converts to a double bed. There is a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove in the front of the saloon area. Opposite this is a cupboard on which the colour TV and DVD player sit.
There are then front doors which open on to the front well which has a removable canvas cratch cover.

General comments by vendor
The syndicate members are a friendly and enthusiastic bunch of people. The syndicate has been self-managed for several years now and this has enabled the above refurbishment to be fully funded from our monthly contributions rather than having to make additional payments. This has also applied to the winter maintenance where no additional payment have had to be made.
Victorious is comfortable at whatever time of year you intend to cruise, especially with the upgrading of the boiler from gas to diesel.
